HIV awareness
The script reads:
"His mates call him Jack coz he's got a hairy back. He's 6'2" and the best in the box on the pitch. when he was 4 he pushed his primary school teacher in the pond. He lost his virginity when he was 16 on a pool table. By the time he's 40 he wants to drive a Ferrari."
This is an incredibly powerful piece of work by a Graphic Designer from Nottingham Trent University called Ben Kennedy. The use of the body as the medium is so effective. The lack of fonts and the absence of a 'traditional' layout makes it raw, direct and relevant.

I think one of the reasons this works so well is the copyrighting - the description of a normal young person to which alot of people can relate to who has ended up with this life-changing virus really helps to hit home the message hard. I agree with that the use of the body as a medium and the lack of a structured typeface creates an visually impacting piece of work.
I really like this as well, reminded me of Stefan Sagmeister, although somewhat less accomplished. Sagmeister produced a album cover for Lou Reed back in the day and he is definitely worth checking out if you're interested in this kind of thing. The style was also reproduced for Jim Carrey's 'Number 23' film poster, as this kind of self-mutilation typography is usually associated with a descent into madness. Nice.
He also happens to be a very good graphic designer. Check him out people.
